About Us Mr. Dilip K. Vaishampayan started manufacturing of F.H.P. Electric Motors in the year 1975 in the name of M/s Dilip Electronics in small premises admeasuring 400 sq. ft in an industrial estate. Today the factory is having its own premises of 5000 sq. ft and is running in the name of M/s Delco Fans Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Dilip K. Vaishampayan is the Chairman and Managing Director of the industry. He is a Mechanical and Electrical engineer from Aurangabad. The marketing department is headed by Mr. Chetan D. Vaishampayan, the elder son of Mr. Dilip K. Vaishampayan. He is a commerce graduate and has successfully completed M.B.A. from Mumbai University.  The Purchase department is headed by Mr. Anand D Vaishampayan, the younger son of Mr. Dilip K. Vaishampayan. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Mumbai University.  The Production department is headed by Mr. Vijay N. Marathe, an electrical engineer from Aurangabad.  Today the company not only manufactures Electric Motors but also Geared motors and Centrifugal Blowers. Delco Fans is dealing with more than 500 customers. The company mainly specializes in the manufacturing of motors as per customer’s requirements.  In the year 2005 the company received ISO certificate.  The company has employed 18 workers and an office staff of 6 people.  The company has 3 lathe machines of “Kirloskar” make. All the testing and measuring instruments used by the company are calibrated after every 2 years.  The company is located in Wagle Industrial Area, just 6 kms form Thane Railway station, and 3 kms from the Eastern Express highway.
